Moody’s downgrades part of attack on Italy – employers lobby | Reuters.
It seems that Italy has finally had enough of its banking structure being “attacked” by ratings agencies. In truth what credibility do they have? They failed to spot the Financial crisis in 2008/09 and are continually behind the curve, seemingly happy to join in when things are going well and keen to kick the patient in the groin when the situation sours.
All in all, they aren’t really helping and if anything cause a negative spiral effect on Financial markets.
